You may be able to receive recognition in your UNSW degree for prior studies.
You can obtain two types of recognition.
Articulation pathways
Articulation is when prior study is recognised for applicants who have graduated with diplomas from recognised institutions. Entry is based on academic achievement during your diploma studies. If you intend to use a diploma as an articulation pathway to UNSW, we recommend you confirm accreditation before committing to a study program. The UNSW Sydney Admissions Office can confirm whether your university studies can be recognised.
Credit transfer
You may be able to transfer credit for subjects you have already studied. Find out more about credit transfer.
When applying
Include certified copies of your academic transcripts. If you are applying to study at UNSW via a UNSW agent in your country, your UNSW agent can certify your copies. In some cases you may also be required to supply a course outline and syllabus.
