Your successful career starts here

Success is a journey. At UNSW, we provide outstanding experiences so you can reach your full potential and build your future career. We are proud to be ‘Australia’s Global University’, placed among the world’s best. Through our 2025 Strategy, we are deepening our research and teaching, partnering with more governments and universities, and transforming the lives of people around the world.

Programs designed for your career

We understand there is an immediate relationship between what you learn in the classroom and what industries need. That’s why we have undertaken extensive research to make sure our world-class programs match job opportunities in Australia and around the world.

Award-winning teachers and academics

As a top 50 university, our teachers are recognised as global leaders in their fields. We take pride in the broad range and high quality of our teaching programs which gain strength and currency from our research activities, industry links and international engagement.

Strong links to industry

Our close relationships with industry, companies and research bodies bridge the gap between study and work. Many of our faculties have established Faculty Advisory Councils to ensure they retain strong industry links and continue to produce innovative and relevant research. Council members are leaders in their fields, business, government and associations, who share their expertise with staff and students and help shape degrees.
