Who can apply?
To apply for Summer School, you need to be enrolled at a recognised tertiary institution, and have attained a GPA of 2.8 or equivalent. Students with a slightly lower GPA may still be considered on submission of a supporting statement. Contact us for more information.
How to apply
If your home university is a partner university of UNSW Study Abroad you will need to apply through your home university's Study Abroad or International Office. If your home university is not a partner institution, you can apply directly to UNSW Study Abroad.
To apply directly through UNSW Study Abroad, please send information about yourself and the course you are interested in taking. We will respond by email to your request with detailed information about your course, and an application form to complete.
What happens next?
Successful applicants will receive a pre-departure package with detailed information about their course syllabus, travel arrangements, what to bring, making tuition payments and other useful information.
Transferring credit back home
All students who complete a UNSW Study Abroad Summer School course are issued with a formal UNSW transcript. UNSW Study Abroad will provide all documentation to overseas institutions to assist in credit transfer.
