Glossary Term

Units of Credit: Each program requires students to complete a specified number of units of credit(UOC). For example, to complete the program Bachelor of Arts 3400, students must complete 144 UOC. Each course is assigned a unit of credit value. For example the course ENGL 1001 Ways of Writing is worth 6 UOC. Successful completion of each course in the program sequence contributes to the number of units of credit required to complete the program.
